Just wait till the connector for the gun(that plugs into the controller) breaks a wire..... I had to fix that one Tuesday. I did not take pictures, I didn't think it was going to work. The connector pins are tiny as hell and I had to "glob" on the solder using the equipment I have.... I used to have a 3 watt soldering iron,... can't find it anywhere. I'd love to source a new connector for these so I can have some extras. If I can't, I'll have to hard wire the damn thing/s.

Now that you mention other parts. There was a thread that was on the old forum I think about HS-02 parts. It had part numbers and sources for all the major parts for the hs-02. I believe the cascade(I think that's what it's caled) is bad in my original gun. Luckily I had bought another hs-02 for a backup and i hooked that gun to my original controller when it quit working and that fixed it. But now i have no backup, so i really need to fix it. I just need the part. Anybody write those numbers and sources in their "notes"??? Thanks

It's probably not the cascade on the original gun. It's probably a loose wire on one of the connector ends.... these have some pretty fragile wiring connectors in the plugs..... I bet you open it up and you can find the loose wire either at the gun, or at the connector that plugs into the controller. I've had to fix one of those already too. I would like a better connector for mine.... I'm still looking for a decent one to replace the piece on the box and on the cable. If I find a reasonable one I'll add it to this thread also.

I guess I could try my extra cable to rule that part out.

This one is my PBTP controller, the CC one had clear air lines inside, but the same solenoid,... so i figure this is going to be common for most if not all of them... the solenoid is the little black box in the middle of all the hoses.
