Selecting a gun between three models

Post by VintagePowderCoater » Wed Sep 11, 2019 1:30 pm

Hello!

We are trying to choose between the Gema Optiflex, Wagner EPG, and Nordson Versa Spray. We plan to use this on a production level - processing about 1000 square feet of parts a day.

Suggestions? Pros/Cons? Thanks!

Gema. No question.

I have multiple Wagners, but they are older. I prefer the older C4 guns over the newer models. Some Wagner parts can be hard to get.

In general, I think Gema has the best system, parts availability, and transfer efficiency. In the long run, especially when spraying a lot of powder, it will pay off.
