When you say last week then are you talking the last few days of Jan maybe? That area got hit hard with ice and then snow and the south does not move worth a crap and if you saw the TV footage around Atlanta then you would know. And that is the area they are in but out in the sticks to speak compared to there.

But I would say that at least you should have your number forwarded to another phone or either an answering machine explaining what is going on like they have where my wife works. That is the right way to operate a business in my book.

Called BEFORE during and after that. Believe me living in northern Il we have been dealing with horrible winter weather and the closures that go with it. So were the phones affected by the weather? The Internet never went down, right?

When people join up on the forum and do not say in their profile where the hell they live we just never know. It would be nice to correct that and it helps us help you a bunch when you are looking for something.

I do agree that some how someone should have got back with you???

That is for them to answer I guess. I have made one phone call and it was to someone that did answer the calls for them and she is just down the road from me. But home phone number just got the machine so I still don't know anything :(

If you text to the number that is on their answer machine you will get a response. I did with questions and then ordered through the web site and my order is on the way.

Yes I have a ES 02 and a eastwood gun that is on its last leg. This will replace the eastwood gun.
