I'm kicking around the idea of a new gun. I've had the Hs02 for well over a year and just had the wave board upgrade done last summer. Gun works decent but is not always as consistent as I would like. I've really been kicking around the idea of a Wagner but want to know how the Nitro compares directly to the Wagner as well as how much better is it than my Hso2? It appears by the videos that the Nitro is considerably better than the Hs02 but I would like to hear from those with experience. Also is the Wagner really worth an extra $3k? That is alot of extra money. Thanks for any info anyone can provide

Although I think the wagner would be worth it, I'm going to throw out another level of fun to the equation.

I am looking for a proper set up that will allow me to use a corona gun and a tribo gun, as well as having the box feed, and the ability to use a small hopper (at least a small one). and flexibility to change things around with all that and more.... the more flexible, the more valuable to me. So far, I like the Nordson stuff for what I can afford right now. If I can find all the options, and the flexibilities with one controller investment,... I'd be hard pressed to pass it up. I'm having a time getting responses to any of my requests online. But I shall keep trying anyway.

Did you see there are three Nordson Sure coat systems on ebay right now. They are all $2600 but I'm not sure of the age or if that is a good deal or not. Keep the input coming

The toughest feature to find is probably switching between corona and tribo.
I do believe there is a Wagner (and some others) that would allow for all those options.
I love my country, but fear my Government

"A government big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take away everything you have." - Thomas Jefferson

I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations - James Madison

Yep.... I have info indicating Nordson and Parker Ionics do also.... But no one has gotten back to me with pertinent info and specs and prices yet. I really just started pushing for this info, so I'm not all that bothered by the slow response yet. I think it's possible to have it all, so I will keep pushing along until I find no one can offer all, and we'll see what options I can get all in one package. This is gonna cost me the price of a car probably too.

Is there any plans to add offerings to the lower end of your Nitro Faze Easy Flow? I'd like to have a $600-$800 option from people I trust. My past dealings with CC and PBTP is the only things keeping my from pulling the trigger on one of their systems. Well that and hopes 365 will bring out something in that price range soon. If you have a beta of something that's in prerelease right now, I'm willing to buy then test it in the real world.

About to order a Nitro Faze of my very own but was wondering if other than the hardware listed on the website, if there are any set up manuals or instructions that come with the unit. I decided to skip all the $100 and $200 el-cheapo guns and invest in a good one strait out of the gate since I know that if I have any problems then I can get great support here but the videos and possibly downloads take forever on my 26.4k dial-up. Was just curious. Also what is your usual shipping method? Fed-Ex sometimes has trouble finding my house out in the country. Thanks, Kris
