ITS NOTHING TO YELL ABOUT :shock: .....

The limitations of the unit ,maybe combined with technique.

Do you have the air regulated so it’s not just blowing 100+ psi or more through the unit ?

I could speculate all day about potential issues but using high end units and never having this as an ongoing issue, I still say it’s the limitation of that gun.

Always spray your corners , seems and plugged areas first , then feather everything out to a nice even powdered finish

Make sure the air is at a moderate level and the cloud is soft and dense enough.

Try using bolts.
