To me it looks like BI. Try taking a jumper wire from the part itself to your ground instead of grounding it through your hanging hook only. Same issue, I don't get it! When I built my oven I was filled with joy and excitement when I had my frame work done. I really like the look of riveted metal panels and decided I wanted to put rivets every two inches for the aesthetics.... Needs less to say halfway in to my endeavor I was kicking myself in the ass for my point...

These screws would be great with putting the sheeting on... What are you using to put the frame together? Welding? I would use these screws but wouldn't allow the sheeting to lay smoothly against the frame. I think I will be using these for the sheetmetal though... I'm sure i'll be doing future mod...
