i use 18g for the framing, but i shear and bend it here, i also weld the corners where the c-channel comes together. it makes for a solid rigid door frame ounce the metal is screwed fast. if you can find a commercial dry wall supplier they might sell metal studs, you want structural studs, the light...

imo dipping is ALOT harder than powder coating, there is a reason why alot of guys buy tanks with this big idea of making millions only to sell out in a year. plus unless you have a hook up with someone your not going to make much its a cut throat market...... to me powder coating is still a great w...

one of the spin off business names from the dudes in iowa..... do a search several business names all linked together in one way or another. i had a guy contact me a few weeks back he was going to order an oven from him but they could not provide a tax form for his purchase as he was doing a loan......

the cd101's are made by a few companys in china...... his oven was made way back in 2008 and had an auber in it unless he changed it...... there are many variations with the cd101 they do not all function as the same ones i use even if it is relay output

Sinner if you tried a jumper on the temp probe and it didn't fix it it's probably a fualty controller

Marc. Should I remind you why you got a deal on that oven? You might have also forgot how long it took you to pay for the oven ..... Also it just might be a fualty controller they do go bad.....

there not around , they made ovens for a short time, maybe a year if that.....then starting screwing people and went out of business. they where somewhere in cali.

I ended up purchasing a 4x4x6 oven as a secondary because he had an extra, and again I LOVED IT. Not one issue. i forgot to ask , is this the same oven you listed for sale under your armortech name that you didnt know who built it until i said something ... then you asked your business partner wher...
