There are texture, vein and hammer tone powders, but I have never run across any with a texture like in the pic.

And even if the inside of the parts are powder coated, if will peel off with the passage of time. The heat generated will not allow it to remain intact for a long duration. And then the entire area will look distasteful with patches of coating coming off. So your saying the outside of cases, jugs, ...

The chrome powders need to be fully cured. How are you taking part metal temp readings? You can't take part metal temp with an I.R. gun on the chrome powders, not accurate. Take a bare piece of the same substrate if you can and hang that in the oven with your powdered parts. Take the reading off of ...

what is the Problem by heating the part with infrared? In the industry they change more to infrared because of more efficient heating up parts...if you heat with air, you have to heat the air and the air has to heat the parts. In my old oven I have 3 infrared heaters (electric) on the bottom...the ...

I know its the customers choice but coating these heads is a bad idea because this is basically the only way these air cooled motors keep cool... the fins are the radiator. Just my 2 cents.

I dunno - that still didn't vein much. I don't do that much Silver Vein, but happen to be doing some today. Since I started I've always used Bonded Silver Vein from P365 and a clear coat.
