My new powder setup

For a long time now I've been trying to get my shop in order to start powder coating again. I don't know if this is the right place for a thread like this and if it's not, please somebody move it to the right place. I would like for some of the more experienced folks out there to take a look at what...

I was wondering if you could use something like this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/111855465722 I know you would have to modify it some but it w...

Re: Question about a PID controller

When my contactor started buzzing I think it was still operating the elements but the noise was driving me crazy. I even took it apart and cleaned the contacts and they were burned. Helped for a while and then went out. I think it came down to the coil going bad. I just looked over the instructions...

Re: Question about a PID controller

When a contactor starts buzzing then it is bad. They can come out of the box bad or fail very soon. I have had that happen a couple of times with the lower price China made ones. That is why I bought the last 6 US made ones from a guy on eBay and have never lost any more of them A+A+A+ I keep on ha...

Thanks, I was looking at the destructions last night about that but couldn't get my head wrapped around it. Will try that when I get out in the shop.
